Pre Order - Doxa SUB 300 Beta 'Disrupter' For Active Duty and Retired EOD Members (50% Deposit)
The Disrupter is a purpose-built timepiece developed in direct collaboration with active duty and retired Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technicians, Belmont Watches, and the DOXA watch company. Built on the proven DOXA SUB 300β platform, selected for its reliability, legibility, and durability in demanding operational environments, it carries forward DOXA’s long heritage of constructing professional-grade tool watches. Every design detail reflects the realities of EOD and bomb technician work, where equipment must function without distraction and perform exactly as intended.
The watch is named for the Disrupter, an EOD tool defined by controlled force, intentional design, and decisive execution. Those same principles guide the watch itself. DOXA’s signature unidirectional dive bezel, executed in black ceramic and calibrated in feet, provides immediate readability and long-term resistance to wear in low-visibility and high-contact environments. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial, while the high-contrast layout is designed to be read instantly. The dial features a sunray black finish with a stamped wave structure, maintaining DOXA’s recognizable SUB architecture while reinforcing clarity. Super-LumiNova BGW9 is applied to the hands and indexes, including the pip at 12 o’clock, ensuring legibility in darkness, while red high-visibility accents are used deliberately and sparingly for critical timing reference.
At its core is a Swiss mechanical automatic self-winding movement with a power reserve of approximately 38 hours. The movement is decorated by DOXA and engineered for dependable and daily performance. The watch is housed in DOXA’s redesigned SUB 300β stainless steel case, measuring 42.50 mm in diameter, 44.50 mm lug-to-lug, and slim 11.95 mm in height. A screw-down crown and stainless steel screw-down caseback ensure structural integrity and consistent water resistance to 30 ATM, equivalent to 300 meters or 984 feet. A helium release valve is integrated into the case to support pressure equalization in saturation environments.
In a first for DOXA, the stainless steel case and “Beads of Rice” bracelet are finished with a bead-blasted treatment, producing a subdued, non-reflective surface with natural variation from piece to piece. This finish is not decorative. It reflects the working nature of the profession and the understanding that tools are built to perform, not to shine. The bracelet is secured by a folding clasp with a ratcheting wetsuit extension.
The case back is engraved with EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL at the twelve o’clock position and INITIAL SUCCESS OR TOTAL FAILURE at the six o’clock position, reflecting EOD’s unofficial motto. The overall configuration embodies the balance EOD and bomb technicians demand: durability, clarity, and no unnecessary distractions. Only equipment that works, exactly as intended, when it matters most.

An additional Black Rubber strap with clasp can be added for $440. See link at the bottom of the page to add this option.
