1970's Heuer Carrera 1153 Blue Dial
The Carrera 1153 was released in 1969 to launch the latest Heuer automatic movement. The watch has a 39mm steel case with signature left-hand winding crown and chrono pushers on the right side of the case.
The blue soleil-finish dial has so-called double hour markers and a tachymeter scale on the outside of the dial.
There is a minutes dial at three o’clock, a 12-hourtotalizer at nine o’clock and a date a six.
The orange stopwatch hand gives this watch full-blown 70s vibes and we just love it, as did Mick Jagger who was photographed wearing one of these in the ‘70s ! The watch is fitted with the pictured strap and the automatic Caliber 12 movement has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
